Symptoms

While stopping or starting the application services, customers getting following errors.

[applmgr@xxxxxxx]$ ./adstpall.sh

You are running adstpall.sh version 120.22.12020000.7
Enter the APPS username: apps
Enter the APPS password:
Enter the WebLogic Server password:
Error: Could not find or load main class oracle.apps.ad.autoconfig.ServiceControl
adstpall.sh:Exiting with status 1
adstpall.sh: check the logfile /u01/SID/fs1/inst/apps/SID_xxxxxxx/logs/appl/admin/log/adstpall.log for more information ...
