Discount Rate Index In The Lease Detail Report Does Not update After Amendments (Doc ID 2989359.1)

On Equipment Lease, After Updating the existing discount rate Index, and using it while amending the lease, it doesn't reflect in the Lease Details Report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an Expense Lease with the existing Discount Rate Index.
2. Generate Balances and Finalize the lease.
3. Now, Update the existing discount rate index. For example, 7% to 11%
4. After updating the discount rate index, Amend the lease and use the updated discount rate index.
5. In the lease Details Report, 11% discount rate index is not applicable.
