Symptoms

Inactivated supplier shown in Party relationships page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Supplier A and B in party relationship
2. Supplier B is inactivated in Suppliers -> Organizations
3. Go to Supplier page for Supplier A
  - Go to Party Relationships
4. In Relationships: Supplier A page:
  - Supplier B still shown.
