Using Oracle Purchasing, the performance in the 'Setup Buyers' page is very poor and slow.  Searching or adding new buyers takes a very long time for the page to show the results.

There are no errors

Replication Steps:
1. Upon logging into the E-Business Suite - choose the Purchasing Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup/Personnel/Buyers
3. As the web based framework page opens - conduct a search 
   - The results of the search are taking some time - poor performance
4. Choose the Button to Add a New Buyer 
   - The page takes a very long time to bring back the display - poor performance
