Symptoms

The user is attempting to install Oracle Project integration with Microsoft Projects (MS Projects) by using the steps in (Doc ID 2386404.1) How to Install MSP Microsoft Project Integration To PC. The process fails with error in the installation steps page and the integration is not installed. 

 

 

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

  1. Navigate to a Projects Implementation Super User responsibility > Setup > Select 'Microsoft Project integration installation'
  2. Select Microsoft Project Version
  3. Get the error on the screen

Changes

 New install of the Oracle Project integration with MS Projects. This may, more likely, occur after an Applications Upgrade.
