Symptoms

Submitting the concurrent program ‘Benefits Confirmation and Summary Report Email’ does not send an e-mail and shows the following error in the output:

exception occurred in sending email

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager.

  2.  Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports.
     
  3.  Submit Benefits Confirmation and Summary Report Email
