Symptoms
Payables Open Interface Import program gets completed with the following Error
APP-SQLAP-10706 "Payables Cannot Create Invoice Distributions Because The Invoice Header GL Date Is In Closed Period"
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Payables Responsibility
2.Run Payables Open Interface Import Program.
3.The Program gets completed with above mentioned error.
