Symptoms

Some transactions are not displayed in output of "French Deductible VAT Declaration Report".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Ran "French Deductible VAT Declaration Report"
