FAXSUCAL: Error Adding New Periods to Calendar Form Error "APP-OFA-48497: Period Name Must Be Unique" (Doc ID 2991060.1)

Attempting to define calendar period in calendar the Oracle Asset calendar for the year 202Y using period names such as Jan-2Y, Feb-2Y and the form shows the following
error when attempting to save this change: APP-OFA-48497: Period name must be unique.

STEPS TO RECREATE THE ISSUE
------------------------------------
1) Using a Oracle Assets responsibility.
2) Navigate to Setup -> Asset System -> Calendars.
3) Query calendar that is needing to have the periods added.
4) Add next period: periods defined for Jan-2Y as 1-Jan-202Y to 31-Jan-202Y with period name of Jan-2Y.
5) Submit and the error provided above is seen as a pop-up message in the form.

It is noted that periods are already defined in this calendar for 192Y such as Jan-2Y etc..

Changes

 Attempting to define new periods in the Asset calendar using the existing formatting of Mon-YY.
