Symptoms

When making a change to a Planned Purchase Order (PPO), after saving the change and trying to approve the PPO, the following error appears:

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to Purchase Orders -> Purchase Order Summary and query a Planned PO
3. Click Open to update the PPO and make a change
4. Click Save, then click Approve and error is seen
