Below error is shown while creating a new Inventory Item by copying from an existing Item.
This combination of segment values already exists. (ROUTINE=fdfvcc)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to Inventory responsibility
2. Go to Items -> Master Items
3. Create a new Item by Copying-From an existing Item.
4. Once the details are copied, change the Item Number to a new value -> Save.
5. Forms will show the above mentioned error.
