Goal

How to give users access to the Accounts Tab in Ebusiness Center

How to make this screen view only access with the following limits:
1. Remove the 'New' Button from within the Accounts Tab.
2. Customer Standard button available but have view only access to customer
standard
3. Details button available but have view only access to the account details
form.
