Symptoms
Timecard Period Start Date in the MOBILE APP is not in sync with the Preferences of the Employee. There is a mismatch between mobile app and self service.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OTL Mobile Application
2. Login to the OTL Mobile time entry app
3. Open Search Page > Select the timecard you want to open
