Symptoms

The following error message is being raised when accessing the Parts Requirement form when selecting a "Customer" Ship-To Address:

Execution of procedure do_create_ship_to_location failed because the following unexpected errors occurred:

Cause: ORA-20001:HR_FLEX_VALUE_MISSING:N,COLUMN,TOWN_OR_CITY,N,PROMPT,City

Action: Please contact your technical representative

Execution of CSP_SHIP_TO_ADDRESS_PVT.SHIP_TO_ADDRESS_HANDLER failed because the following errors occurred: CSP.(P_UNEXPECTED_EXEC_ERRORS=Y) (RUTINE=do_create_ship_to_location)
(SQLERRM=ORA-20001: HR_FLEX_VALUE_MISSING:N,COLUMN,TOWN_OR_CITY,N,PROMPT,City)

Steps:
Responsibility = Field Service Manager
Navigation = Field Service Dispatcher > Spares management > Spares Logistics > Parts Requirement
Click on NEW
On Parts Requirements form select a Service Request / Repair Order
Select a Task
The default address is set to Engineer.
Click on CUSTOMER radio button.
Customer address defaults.
Complete part requisition line.
SAVE and the error is generated.
