Oracle Service - Version: 11.5.9
Oracle Field Service
Server and the Client Time zones are set to a particular timezone at site Level.
Enable Time zone Conversions is set to "Yes".
Responsibility: Customer Support or Field Service Manager
1. Customer Support(R) --> Service Request --> Create Service Request
2. Filed Service Manager (R) --> Field Service Dispatcher --> Service Request --> Create Service Request
Get an error "Timezone Support requires 9i Database,.."
You will get this error once you select the responsibility.
