Symptoms
The Create accounting concurrent request in Payables applications, ends with the following error:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_je_validation_pkg.balance_by_intercompany. ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number X with name "$TEMPUNDOSEG" too small.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to the Payables responsibility
2. Navigate to / Other / Requests /Run
3. Run the Create Accounting concurrent request
4. Review the log file
