Symptoms

Credit Card Authorization fails after HEAP size increase and additional oacore.  Increased HEAP size and added another oacore server to production environment.

After change cannot authorize credit cards on sales orders. 

ERROR

Payment Type PTC Error : No Content-type in the header! (PTC_0001)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Increased HEAP size
2. Added another oacore server
3. After changes cannot authorize credit cards on Sales Orders

Navigate: Orders, Returns -> Quick Sales Orders
Quick Sales Order form
Customer CXXXXXX
Click on Bill to Address 1 field and it will populate
Add PO number – any text
Add line - XXXXXX qty 1
DO NOT CLICK SAVE
Click on Others tab
Populate the fields for Credit card
Use credit card number xxxxxxxxxxx exp xxxxx
Do not click Save
Click Book Order
Received error: in Payment form: Payment Type PTC Error : No Content-type in the header! (PTC_0001)
