Receiving Error 502 When Retriving Supplier Records From Application Server (Doc ID 2994750.1)

Symptoms

When supplier users are attempting to use iSupplier to retrieve records where more than 80+ records need to be retrieved, a server error occurs

ERROR

Server Error
502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Click on 'MOAC iSupplier Portal Full Access’ responsibility
2. Click on ‘Go To SAIR’ button
3. Select ‘FIRST_ARTICLE_INSPECTION’ as type and hit SUBMIT button.
4. Click the ‘Go’ button
5. Click the hyperlink ‘FIRST_ARTICLE_INSPECTION’
