ECCv9 - Receivables Aging is Showing Incorrect Values for Current and Past-Due Balances

Symptoms
When comparing the Receivables Aged Trial Balance to the 'Current Balance' and 'Past Due Balance' in the ECC Receivables Outstanding Transactions tab, the value are not correct.
The AR Aging report shows: Current = 98,848.24
The ECC header portion shows: Current Balance = 29.24M
The ECC Aging configuration is set to 'Days Past Due >= 0'. If the configuration is changed to 'Days Past Due <= 0', the aging is correct.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receivables Command Center
- View the Current and Past-Due Balance values to verify if they are correct when compared to the aging report.
