G-Invoicing - Error On Creating Reference Performance If Email Address Greater Than 40 Characters (Doc ID 2994946.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, G-Invoicing

When attempting to create a reference performance with an employee's email address having a value greater than 40 characters (FIDS (Federal Intragovernmental Data Standards) standard is 60 characters), the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to HR Responsibility -> People -> Enter and maintain.
2. Query by employee name and go to People -> Office Details section.
3. Update Email with a value at least 41 characters or more.
4. Navigate to CLM Purchasing responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> Awards -> IGT Performance.
5. Search and select Performance Number, select 'Create Reference Performance' and click on Go.
6. From Create Reference :Performance page, enter required details and click on Submit.
7. A blank error message popup.
8. Update Email with a value less than or equal to 40 characters, and submit again.
9. Reference Performance created successfully.
