Error: Wsh_Org_Location_Undefined When Booking an Order or Attempting to Progress Lines to Awaiting Shipping

Symptoms
Following error is raised when attempting to book an order or progress order line from Booked status to Awaiting Shipping:
ERROR
E:WSH_ORG_LOCATION_UNDEFINED
STEPS
1. Navigate to Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Select order,return from the main menu.
3. Enter the order header details.
4. Navigate to lines and enter the line details.
5. Click Book button. Error message is raised.
6. Or booking succeeds, but line will not progress to Awaiting Shipping.
