PAXINEAG: Personalizations Stopped Working After Upgrading to R12.2.11 (Doc ID 2995212.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.11 and applying patch, form personalizations are not working in the form Projects Agreement form.

To replication this issue, follow the steps below;

  1. Log into a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Billing > Agreements
  3. Open an Agreement
  4. Click Funding
  5. Click Help > Diagnostics > Custom Code > Personalize
  6. Create a form level trigger event
  7. Save
  8. Exit form
  9. Enter the Agreements form again
  10. Test new personalization for trigger WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD
  11. Note WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD does not trigger the personalization.
