Symptoms

There is a change in Company accommodation perquisite rate valuation effective from 01.09.2023 based on population
1. More than 40 lakh
2. Between 15 lakh and 40 lakh
3. Less than 15 lakh

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to HRMS Manager
2. Run Payroll Run (India)
