iProcurement ECC Data Load Fails Intermittently With 'Unrecoverable error' (Doc ID 2995758.1)

Symptoms


iProcurement Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Data load concurrent program that is scheduled to be run completes
in error intermittently with the following error message. Users have to reboot the ECC server to get it back, up and running.

Error Details:

STEPS
1. Login to ECC Developer Responsibility
2. Run iProcurement Data Load concurrent program or schedule it to be run daily
3. It fails with the above error intermittently atleast once everyday.
