Final Cost Update Has Error 'ORA-01722: Invalid Number' (Doc ID 2995804.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the final cost update after application upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 and database upgrade to 19c
the following error occurs.


ERROR

ORA-01722: Invalid Number

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Cost Update
3. Submit Cost Update  with final box checked for the period.


Changes

Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 application version

Upgrade to 19c database
