Symptoms

When attempting to Save the Brazil Receivables Transaction the following error occurs.

ERROR
---------
APP-AR-11203: GL Date 23-oct-2016 is not in an open or future-enterable period

STEPS:
1. Localization AR Responsibility
2. Transactions--> Create a new Invoice Transaction with all required Fields, Save.
3. Form throwing the Error.
