Symptoms

After upgrade to latest Enterprise Command Center (ECC) version, incremental loads are failing with the following error.

ERROR
ECC-0006:Failed Due OnlineFullChanges RootCause : SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
Failed as one of the load rules failed which is [id = 4,830, ICX_ECC_UTIL_PVT.get_ecc_data_load_info]. Please check the load rule audit entry


Steps To Reproduce
1. ECC Developer responsibility
2. Run incremental load

Changes

Upgrade of Enterprise Command Center to version 9 (ECCv9), version 10 (ECCv10) or version 11 (ECCv11).
