After 2022 Year End Phase 3 Patch, Retropay Is Creating Many Incorrect Retro Entries (Doc ID 2996203.1)

Symptoms

After application of the 2022 Year End Phase 3 patch, Retropay (Enhanced) has incorrectly created many retro elements for employees.


Steps to Reproduce:

In US HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent:
1. Enter commission element entry for a previous period (e.g. 1/1/23 - 1/31/23)

    Navigate: People > Enter and Maintain > query for employee > Assignment > Entries

2. Run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF concurrent request

    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

3. Run Retropay (Enhanced) concurrent request

    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

4. Check results and see hundreds of negative OT Premium retro entries going back to prior year.

    Navigate: People > Enter and Maintain > query for employee > Assignment > Entries
