Symptoms

The Projects ECC Costing dashboard and the Projects ECC Capital dashboard is showing incorrect data

1. Not all projects for which the user is a key member of are displaying on the dashboard.
         After adding a user as a key member on several projects then running Projects Costing and Billing ECC Data Load with the incremental load, some projects appear in the dashboards while others do not.

2. The Project Manager column is not displaying the current project manager in most cases. (i.e. Project Manager has been updated to a new user and dashboards are still displaying previous Project Manager)

3. The Projects Costing and Billing ECC Data Load log file shows the following error
        ERROR 2.o.e.i.u.services.impl.IndexerImpl - job failed with error code:Unrecoverable error. Skipping the whole batch here for collection pa-ds-cost-eicdl  Unrecoverable error. Skipping the whole batch here for collection pa-ds-cost-eicdl exception details:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps;

  1. Log in with an ECC Development responsibility
  2. Navigate to ECC Developer
  3. Submit program 'Projects Costing and Billing ECC Data Load' with an Incremental Load and dataset 'Projects Costing: Transactions (pa-ds-cost-eicdl)'
  4. Review log file.
