Requisition Import Program Cannot Import "Internal Requisitions" Recommended from Min-Max Program, as the Unit Price is Derived as Negative (Doc ID 2996273.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import "Internal Requisitions" via Requisition Import concurrent program, the following error occurs.

Error
This item is missing a list price in the item master setup window. Please enter a list price greater than zero (0) in the item master.

What is working?
a) There is no error, while creating Requisitions in the Requisition Entry form
b) Requisitions are recommended from Inventory application - Min Max concurrent program. The price is not populated in the requisition interface table by Min-Max program.
After Running the Requisition import Program, the unit price is stamped as negative

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Menu >> Requests
3. Submit Min Max Concurrent program
4. Once the above concurrent program is completed, Submit the "Requisition Import" program
5. Find that the Requisitions are not created, and the records are errored with the above message.
