Goal

Can a single invoice be generated for a Variable Rent agreement that is starting in the middle of the Fiscal Year and extending in the next Fiscal Year?
For the following scenario where variable rent is created starting in the middle of the year and extending for a year. To enter sales volume to calculate variable rent,  if the sales period is spread across two financial years (eg variable rent start date is 1st July 2023, end date is 30th June 2024, financial year start date is 1st January every year and ends on 31st December) it's necessary to enter the sales volume in two different periods.
Is there an option to enter the sales volume in one single line and not as two lines to avoid two different invoices to be generated?
