“Mass Update of Requisitions” Report Does Not Work On New Created Requisitions Based on Returned Requisition Lines (Doc ID 2997780.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Empty output for “Mass Update of Requisitions” request when it is run for new created requisitions based on returned requisition lines.

The new Preparer (Requester) gets updated ok on the newly created Requisitions , BUT in the report output, Document Number , Document Type , Person sections are empty.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Report output “Mass Update of Requisitions” to show accurate information


Step to reproduce
-----------------------

1. With a iProcurement responsibility, create a Requisition with 3 lines.ex: #16008

2. Approve the Requisition.

3. Choose a Purchasing responsibility.

4. Go to Submit Requests form and Choose request “Mass Update of Requisitions”.

5. Complete request with necessary parameters (ex.Purchase Requisition number #16008).

6. Navigate to Buyer Work Centre > Do new search for Requisition #2505187.1

7. Click the checkbox next to Requisition lines 3 and 2 (Requisition has 3 lines).

8. Press the Return button from web page.

9. On the Return Requisition Lines web page, add a reason for returning the lines and leave the 'Return Entire Requisition' checkbox unchecked.

10. Click the Apply button to apply the returns to the requisition .

11. On the Demand Workbench web page, there should be just the single line remaining not returned showing for the above requisition #16008 .

12. Chang responsibility back iProcurement one.

13. On the main Shop Homepage, user should see a new Requisition number for the 2 returned lines , numbered as  Req #16008.1 in status Returned .

14. Check the details of the Returned lines to get name of Requester <<<< Requestor Baker, Catherine

15. Change responsibility to Purchasing one.

16. Submit request for concurrent program “Mass Update of Requisitions”

17. Complete the request submission with following details:-


Update Person: Requester
Old Person: Baker, Catherine
New Person: Baker, Catherine_1
Document Number From: 16008.1
Document Number To: 16008.1

18. Press Submit .

19. Check the report Output .

The Requestor was updated on the following Documents. (OLD_REQUESTOR=Baker, Catherine) (NEW_REQUESTOR=Baker, Catherine_1)

Conclusion : The new Preparer (Requester) gets updated ok on the newly created Requisitions , BUT in the report output, Document Number , Document Type , Person sections are empty.
