ECC V9: Weighted Average Days Paid by Customer Graph Is Not Displaying Correctly in ECC Receivables Payment History Dashboard (Doc ID 2997812.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the Weighted Average Days Paid by Customer graph in ECC Receivables Payment History Dashboard, the below scenarios may occur:

  1. When no customer is selected, the graph is empty.
  2. When filtering on a specific customer account, there is a mismatch between the displayed graph and the corresponding data.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:     Receivables Command Center

  1. Navigate to Payment History Dashboard
  2. View the Weighted Average Days Paid by Customer graph and compare the graph to the data calculated.

 No changes.
