Pricing Detail Changes The Funded Amount For A Surrogate Offer (Doc ID 2998000.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version and Later, Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When view the Pricing details on award line that is created from surrogate offer, the funded amount is increasing.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
-----------------------
Funded value should not increase.


STEPS:
-----------------------
1. REQ created for $100
2. Create Solicitation with REQ
3. Publish  solicitation
4. Close solicitation
5. Create Surrogate Offer on solicitation for $150,000
6. Make the award and generate PO
7. Open the PO and notice the Funded Value (it is $100)
8. Amount at Distribution is $100 (amount at line is $150,000)
9. Go to Lines and click on edit (Pencil)
10. Then click on Pricing Detail
11. Do Not Change anything and just click OK
12. Go back to Header and notice the Funded Value. It has been updated to $150,000
13. Go to Distributions and notice that it also has changed to $150,000
14. If the funds are available, the PO will approve.
