When attempting to reverse a receipt that has active applications the following error occurs:

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts> Receipts
1. Query receipt>Attempt to reverse receipt
