Symptoms
When running the Transfer to General Ledger (GL) concurrent request, the following error occurs:
XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system
administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program
xla_transfer_pkg.gl_interface_insert. ORA-06550: line 1, column 10:
PLS-00302: component 'APPS_DDL' must be declared.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Payables Manager
2. Other --> Request
3. Run the Transfer to General Ledger Concurrent Request
4. Ends in error, review the log file.
