Symptoms
Selecting a shipment and action it with Map action (Map Orders, Map Shipments) and workbenches with maps are displaying the following error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/codehaus/jackson/map/ObjectMapper
Unable to map shipments using HERE maps after installing the following patch released in Oct 2023 by WebLogic.
Patch 35899167 WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.231011
After installing the patch login and go to Shipment Management > Buy Shipments > select a shipment and go to actions, Shipment Management > Map > Map Shipments
A popup screen displays the error -
