Symptoms
The Contract Billing Category list of values (LOV) is not showing any values in Repair Estimate Tab in the Repair Orders form.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in with Depot Repair Super User responsibility.
2. Open a Repair Order.
3. Go to Repair Estimate tab in the Repair Orders form.
While clicking on the LOV for Billing Category, it will display no values.
