Symptoms

Contract Coverage Not Getting Applied for an item covered under a contract coverage while submitting charges on the Service Request


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service Responsibility
3. Navigate to Service Requests>Create Service Requests
4. Query for the Service Request and try to submit charges
