Symptoms

API (Application Program Interface) PA_IGT_EXT_API_PUB.CREATE_IGT_AGREEMENT is failing when multiple ALCs are tied to the same GT&C.

Steps to follow:

     1. This is using a public API and requires the creation of a program to call and execute the API code.
     2. Complete user code to PA_IGT_EXT_API_PUB.CREATE_IGT_AGREEMENT and execute it to create igt agreement.
