Symptoms

When submitting a project-related expense report, the sysadmin receives a notification with the
following error:

AP Validate Expense Report #EXCEPTION -20001
ORA-20001: APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-01403: no data found occurred in
DoAPValidation
with parameters (&PARAMETERS)
while performing the following operation:
Break Up Segments

AP_WEB_EXPENSE_WF.APValidateExpenseReport(APEXP, XXX, 0, Call DoAPValidationORA-01403: no data
found occurred in
DoAPValidation
