Goal

Why Is the Concurrent Manager Pending Count Displaying ##### ?

Concurrent Manager Pending count not displaying properly.  It is displaying hash symbols instead of the actual count number or number digits.

The "Administer Concurrent Managers" form shows the following:

Name Node Processes Requests Status
Actual Target Running Pending
Internal Manager MN-EBS1 1 1   0
Conflict Resolution Manager MN-EBS1 1 1   64
...
Alert Manager MN-EBS1 10 10 8 #####
Alert Manager-HN-EBS... MN-EBS1 20 20 14 #####

Notice the records with name like "Alert Manager%".  Both showing ##### under the Pending column.
