Goal
Why Is the Concurrent Manager Pending Count Displaying ##### ?
Concurrent Manager Pending count not displaying properly. It is displaying hash symbols instead of the actual count number or number digits.
The "Administer Concurrent Managers" form shows the following:

Notice the records with name like "Alert Manager%". Both showing ##### under the Pending column.
