Symptoms

When trying to create a project from a template in the Projects form (PAXPREPR) the following is encountered in the form:

API: PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB.COPY_STRUCTURE SQL ERROR MESSAGE: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: COULD NOT FIND PROGRAM UNIT BEING CALLED

When trying to create a project from a template in self-service the following error is encountered in the page:

Error

1. ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression in Package PJI_FM_XBS_ACCUM_MAINT Procedure WBS_MAIN

2. Call of PJI_FM_XBS_ACCUM_MAINT.WBS_MAINT Failed in Update Mode: SQLERRM=ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression in Package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB Procedure PROCESS_WBS_UPDATES

3. FND_AS_UNEXPECTED_ERROR

Steps:

In forms:

 

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Projects.

2. Select a project template and click 'Copy'.

In self-service:

1.  Using a Projects responsibility and navigate to Projects: Delivery-->Create Project.

2. Select Copy From 'Template', enter the Name and click 'Go'.
