Wrong Value of GOSI Reference Salary Is Displayed on the SOE (Statement of Earnings) Report for Employees over 50 Years Old When GOSI Reference Salary Adjustment Element Is Added to Assignment Element Entries Form

Symptoms
When "GOSI Reference Salary Adjustment" element is added to Assignment Element Entries form (PERWSHRG) to adjust the "GOSI Reference Salary" value for employees over 50 years old it has been observed that the "GOSI Reference Salary" value is incorrectly calculated and displayed on the SOE (Statement of Earnings) report.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under SA HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee over 50 years old.
3. Go to Assignment > Element Entries > Add "GOSI Reference Salary Adjustment" element > Go to Entry Value and add the required value > Save.
4. Navigate back to Assignment form > Go to Others > Run QuickPay for the relevant payroll period.
5. Go to View Results > Open SOE Report > Observe that GOSI Reference Salary value is not adjusted with the entry value of "GOSI Reference Salary Adjustment" element.
