Enter Contact Phone Number On Sales

Symptoms
Customer has three issues with the phone number field functionality on sales order form.
1) Issue one
Customer wants to default customer contact Phone Number on the order header at country code, Area
Code and phone number fields from Customer contact Information.Order header defaulting rule does
not have the country code, Area Code and phone number attributes so that customer can have them
defaulted from customer. If customer tries to enter new contact phone number via the sales order header manually, system gives an error 'FRM-41830: list of Value contains no entries.'
2) Issue two
when try to delete the Contact Phone Number from sales order form, it erases the customer,
ship-to and bill-to "
3) Issue three.
When customer shows contact phone number on the sales order form, the window prompt has some gap between the prompt name and the value."
