(R) Customer Support
(N) Service Requests -> Create Service Requests


Question 1:

In Menu -> Tools1: there is a 'Call Information' option and the same as an icon on the Tool Bar.
How can that be disabled? Or rather, what is the function that is driving that menu?

Question 2:

In Menu -> Tools1: there is a 'Search Knowledgebase' option and the same as an icon on the Workbench Tab.
How can that be disabled?
