Symptoms

When utilizing the Automatic Assignment of Service Request functionality a committed Service Request
does not successfully get assigned to a valid individual or group and the following error occurs:

"No resources found. Please try again"

API Error:
(CS_ASSIGN_RESOURCE_PKG.Assign_ServiceRequest_Main)
Unable to assign Service Request Individual Owner. Please check you
territory setup or manually assign the Service Request.
