Symptoms

When try to create WebADI Document, get error:

BNE_CREATE_DOC_ERROR Cause: Class java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/poi/ss/usermodel/CellType Please contact your system administrator for assistance.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Use a Global HRMS Manager responsibility

> Go to Mass Information eXchange: MIX

> BEE Spread Sheet Interface 

> Create Batch
