Symptoms

Concurrent program "PSB BPS Interface PSB-EFT TSPA to DMZ Move IT" gets cancelled after submission.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Payables Responsibility
2.Run the Concurrent Program "PSB BPS Interface PSB-EFT TSPA to DMZ Move IT"
