R12: EBTAX: When Scrolling Through Many Tax Condition Sets in Determine Tax Rules Page the OAF Page Is Not Loading Anymore (Doc ID 3002107.1)

Symptoms

When there are many Condition Sets created, after scrolling a certain number of rows it starts loading indefinitely.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tax Manager responsibility > Tax Configuration > Tax Rules > search for a tax rule > click on update
2. Scrolling through Condition Sets, after a certain number of rows the loading is spinning indefinitely and there are no new Condition Sets displayed.
